A) Email - Jane is a customer that attended a demo with one of our sales guys and bought a

subscription with Recruit CRM on January 1, 2022. She used the system and was charged
again on February 1, 2022 (Subscriptions renew automatically and we have a no refund
policy after auto renewal unless the user has written to us prior to the renewal date).

Now Jane has sent us an email with the following message:

Subject: Please cancel and refund

Hi there,
I’ve decided not to continue with Recruit CRM. Could you cancel my subscription and refund
this payment?

a member of the Customer Success team. Try your best to ensure that the receiver of
the email doesn’t leave with a bitter feeling after reading your email.
