Organisation of SRS from Library Management System in the following format:

    1.1) Purpose: Where the software would be deployed and how the software would be used
    1.2) Project Scope: Overall content within which software is developed
     1.3) Environmental Characteristics: Outlined the environment( Hardware and Software) with which software will interact.

2) Overall description of SRS document

    2.1)Product Perspective: Whether the software is intended for replacement software or a new one

    2.2) Product Features: Summarize the ways in which software would be used.

    2.3) User Classes: Various users that are expected to use software

    2.4) Operating Environment: Details of the hardware on which software will run OS and other application software

   2.5) Design and Implementation:-
          Constraints:
                 -Corporate or regulatory policies
                 - Hardware limitations
                 -Specific technologies and tools

      2.6) User documentation
            - User Manuals
            - Online-help
            - Trouble shooting manual

3) Functional requirements:-
