In traditional print management solutions, print jobs are transferred from users' computers to a server and 
from the server to a printer. By deploying the YSoft SafeQ Client in CBPR mode to end users' workstations, 
the need to have a local server or a good connection to a remote one is eliminated. Print jobs are spooled 
and delivered locally within the end user site, so network bandwidth is not wasted
