Just a few reminders:

When adding notes for patients from the recall list, please only add them to the patient file as 'non-visit.' Dr. Das has requested that we stop recording notes on the recall list, as it changes the icons on the left.

This morning, we received an email from Chempro. Dr. Das should have been notified immediately, as we've been waiting for that email. In the future, please notify Dr. Das, even if you're unsure what to do with the email, and flag it. Still, make sure to notify him.

The MyMedicare forms are becoming a regular process, as all patients need to be registered. If a patient hands you the form after their appointment with Dr. Das, please ensure you fill in all details (especially the Medicare number, as it’s used for identification), scan, and upload it to their file immediately. There's no need to stamp these forms. At the end of your shift, please hand over all the forms you’ve received to Dr. Das.
