Hello trainers! This is what the training procedure was supposed to look like. How to train a new cadet and be good and responsible trainer.

Also how use macros, how handcuff, how give violations, how play rp, how cop job works and how do job correct...

You have to teach the new policeman: how don't get warnings and reprimands, they must following orders from higer officers...

About rules it is important to remember that with 3 warnings you get 1 reprimands and that with 3 reprimands you are automatically fired from the team!

After you'll have to tell them that about macros: you will have to make your macros within 24h and you will have to send them to the deputies or leader for confirmation!

You will have to tell him that the Basic "Police Macros" and the list of "Violations" must be present in the macros!

Police Macors: All warning messages that must be sent before shooting or before using force! And introduce yourself macors. Like I'm officer... And I arresting you because...

Violations: Just tell him to write the list of violations that he finds both on the Discord, and on the website (https://onestate.fun/police/macros), and in the game menu!

About "Arrest Procedures" we need to explain them what they need to do for arrest criminals!```

They can't arrest anyone because they don't have the order to do so, they can only perform the "Patrol" activity to increase their rank faster and be able to become good officers!

You need to explain them that they need to follow this points:
(1. Warning) (2. Use of force if the criminal does not surrender) (3. Arrest suspect) (4. Tell him the reasons and his rights with macros) (5. Tell him to be silence) (6. Take him to jail room)!

About Police Commands you need to explain them this points: (1. How to handcuff and uncuff people, (2. How to issue violation), (3. How to put into jail people), (4. How to check documents)

So you need to explain that: ((1)) for handcuff someone you need to type on 3 point on your right and to click on *HANDCUFFS IMAGE"!
Let them to try! "Now try handcuff me and then release me!"

((2)) for issue any violation from someone you need to repeat same procedure but after 3 points you need to click "VIOLATION IMAGE" Then you'll write code of violation and description!

((3)) for put someone to jail you must be on jail room and you need to do same procedure but after 3 point you need to click "JAIL IMAGE", Remember first to confirm CHECK THE TIME!

((4)) for check documents from someone you need to repeat same procedure but after 3 points you need to click "DOCUMENTS IMAGE" Then you need to click on document that you want check!

About Civilian Jobs you need to explain them that THEY CAN'T DO civilian Jobs!  If they need to do some Jobs they need to ASK FOR VACATION!

Remember them that they CAN'T use POLICE CARS for do CIVILIANS JOBS or for DON'T WORK!

About RP You can explain them that: You need to respect RP:  with examples like: "if you running over someone you need to stop your car and rescue him/her!" or "You can't jump from the Mountains!"

Then you need to show them the rooms where they can start missions, or jail room, offices and where they can take a gun/taser or a Police car!

Explain them how to write on /flobby and "let them try!" like: Try Say hello!

Remember to ask them if they have any question and Remember to make examples for all things for make sure they'll understand all!

Then send them to 2 patreoles to try their hand at work and then inform you via police radio.
