Thank you for approving the above-rate service agreement application.

I would like to bring to your attention the invoices that were submitted prior to the approval, as we were unaware at the time that we needed to submit the above-rate service agreement application.

Please find attached the invoices submitted before the application, along with the remittance we received from TAC. Since we were paid the rates before the approval, could you kindly arrange to pay the outstanding balance?
