In front of the following witness, the accused Arpit son of Ajay resident of Libaspur police station Bahalgarh district Sonipat himself confessed to the jail arrest police without any fear or greed that my friend Deepak son of Ramesh resident of Khewda owns a plot of his uncle's son Suraj son of Randhir resident of Khewda. A case has been going on in the court for a long time regarding the division of agricultural land and due to this case, Suraj had beaten Deepak's mother and his father in a fight about a year ago, but Deepak took revenge on Suraj in his mind. Had decided to take it. About a month ago, I and my friend Deepak sat down and advised that Suraj will come to Khevda village on 08.05.2023 to give Panchayati bid and we have to end it there itself. On 08.05.2023, Deepak told me that Suraj will also come to the village for Panchayati land. I and my friend Deepak Bholu have come to bid on Apache motorcycle no. Boarding HR 7362 at 12 AM, we reached the community center of village Khewda where the Panchayati bidding was taking place. I stood outside to start the motorcycle and Deepak shot 4 bullets with his pistol at Suraj who was sitting in the community center. There, when Sonu, son of Ishwar of village Khewda tried to free Suraj, Suraj shot Sonu also. Then I, and Deepak Apache Motorcycle No. At 12 AM, we came towards Sonipat by boarding HR 7362, where I dropped off Deepak at Murthal base, took the Apache motorcycle and hid it in a room built in my farm, about which no one except me knows that I can get the verandah done by going along with me and at that place. That I can also get the spot marked where the motorcycle was standing in front of the community center of village Khekda. निम्नलिखित गवाहान के सामने आरोपी अर्पित पुत्र अजय निवासी लिबासपुर थाना बहालगढ जिला सोनीपत ने जैर हिरास्त पुलिस बिना किसी डर भय लोभ लालच के अज खुद ईकंसाफ किया कि मेरे दोस्त दीपक पुत्र रमेश निवासी खेवडा का उसके ताउ के लड़के सुरज पुत्र रणधीर निवासी खेवडा का एक प्लाट बटवारा व खेत की जमीन को लेकर काफी दिनों से कोर्ट में केस चला हुआ है व इसी केस के चक्कर मे सुरज ने करीब एक साल पहले दीपक की मा व उसके पिताजी को लडाई झगडे में चोटे मारी थी लेकिन दीपक ने मन ही मन सुरज से बदला लेने की ठान ली थी। करीब एक महीना पहले मेने व मेरे साथी दीपक ने बैठकर सलाह मिलाई कि सुरज दिनांक 08.05.2023 को खेवडा गांव में पचांयती बोली देने आऐगा उसको वही खत्म करना है दिनांक 08.05.2023 को मेरे को दीपक ने बताया कि सुरज भी गाव में पचांयती जमीन की बोली देने के लिए आया हुआ है तो मे, व मेरा साथी दीपक भोलु की अपाचे मोटरसाईकल न. HR 12AM 7362 पर सवार होकर गांव खेवडा के सामुदायिक केन्द्र जहां पर पचायती बोली हो रही थी वहां पर पहुंचे थे। मे बाहर मोटरसाईकल को स्टार्ट करे खड़ा हो गया था व दीपक ने सामुदायिक केन्द्र में बेठे सुरज को अपनी पिस्तोल से 4 गोली मारी थी। वहां पर सुरज को गांव खेवडा का सोनु पुत्र ईशवर छुडाने लगा तो सुरज ने एक गोली सोनु को भी मारी थी। फिर मे, व दीपक अपाचे मोटरसाईकल न. HR 12AM 7362 पर बैठकर सोनीपत की तरफ आ गया थे जहां मुरथल अडडे पर मेने दीपक को उतारकर अपाचे मोटरसाईकल लेकर अपने खेत मे बने कमरे मे छिपाकर खड़ा कर दिया था जिसका मेरे सिवाय किसी को पता नही है साथ चलकर बरामद्र करवा सकता हु व उस स्थान कि निशानदेही भी करवा सकता हु जहां पर गांव खेक्डा के सामुदायिक केन्द्र के सामने में मोटरसाईकल को लेकर खड़ा था। आरोपी का फर्द ईकंसाफ लिखा जाकर आरोपी व गवाहान के हस्ताक्षर कराए गए। गवाह- HC विकाश
