12. **ASCII Art Diagrams - Strict Rules:**
   - **All lines same length** - Every line in a block must have identical character count (pad with spaces)
   - **Box width = longest content + padding + borders** - Calculate: `len(longest_text) + 2 spaces padding + 2 border chars`
   - **Consistent internal padding** - Minimum 1 space each side of content
   - **Horizontal lines match width** - Count of `─` equals interior width exactly
   - **Vertical connections** - Add spacer lines with `│` between elements for line-height 0.9 to connect
   - **Arrow alignment** - Arrows `▼` `▲` `◄` `►` must align with the CENTER of the box they point to, not with labels
   - **Vertical spacing inside boxes** - Add empty lines `│                         │` between text lines to compensate for line-height 0.9
   - **Example of correct box:**
     ```

     │ short           │
     │                 │
     └─────────────────┘
     ```
     Note: Text has 1 space padding on each side (` longest text ` not `longest text`)
   - **Verify each line** - Count characters before finalizing
