[22:49:31] John Barrenecheandia says: During this, Valerie Takahashi stated that she had been in two fights since arriving in prison.
[22:49:44] John Barrenecheandia says: She stated in one fight, two inmates, which she described as a bimbo and a nigger, her words, had battered her.
[22:49:58] John Barrenecheandia says: She stated the bimbo inmate had attacked them inside a cell whilst the second inmate blocked the cell door.
[22:50:09] John Barrenecheandia says: At this point, I reviewed CCTV footage of Bravo 3. I found footage matching those dates.
[22:50:26] John Barrenecheandia says: It showcased Valerie Takahashi going inside the cell of Jagger, which she was in for several minutes.
[22:50:37] John Barrenecheandia says: Inmate Aisha Carter stepped out, looked through the cell door, and then blocked the cell door.
[22:50:54] John Barrenecheandia says: Later, inmate Takahashi left the cell, almost as if she'd fallen out, with blood leaking from her noise and a bruised face.
[22:51:01] John Barrenecheandia says: They then re-entered the cell, and left again.

[22:54:50] Juliette Jagger says: I object to his objection. A one hour timeframe would result in the same "freshness" of wounds.

This evidence is crucial to my defense, as it will play into why she was in my cell - If you review an hour after these stills as well, you will see her entering random cells of her own volition.
