As an SME customer who has opened a Fixed Deposit, I want the option to redeem the deposit, allowing changes only to the credit account.
Acceptance Criteria:
View-Only Information:
After opening a Fixed Deposit,
I should be able to view information such as maturity instructions, deposited amount, deposit date, and maturity date (which are non-editable).
Redemption Options:
When I choose to redeem my Fixed Deposit,
I should only be able to change the credit account, if needed.
Warning Message:
I should receive a warning that redeeming the deposit would result in the loss of accumulated interest.
Withdrawal Rates:
I should be able to view the withdrawal rates associated with the redemption.
Terms and Conditions Confirmation:
After confirming the credit account change, if any,
I confirm the terms and conditions.
Review Screen:
I am moved to a review screen to verify the redemption details, including the deposit amount and existing information.
Confirmation:
After reviewing, I confirm "Redeem Fixed Deposit."
Fixed Deposit Redemption:
The Fixed Deposit is redeemed with the specified credit account.
Notifications:
An Email is triggered to my registered email address with information on the redemption.
An SMS is sent to my registered mobile number, notifying that my Fixed Deposit has been redeemed.
Maker Checker Process (If Initiator):
If I am the initiator,
My application undergoes a maker-checker process for additional approvals.
User Flow:
As an SME customer, I have previously opened a Fixed Deposit.
I choose to redeem my Fixed Deposit.
I select a new credit account for the redemption.
I receive a warning about the loss of accumulated interest.
I view the withdrawal rates associated with the redemption.
After confirming the credit account change, I confirm the terms and conditions.
I review the redemption details on the screen.
After verification, I confirm "Redeem Fixed Deposit."
The Fixed Deposit is redeemed, and I receive an Email with details of the redemption.
An SMS is sent to my registered mobile number, confirming the redemption.
If I am the initiator, the application undergoes a maker-checker process for additional approvals
