This application does not have in-app purchases. Anyone can create account freely but they must pair their accounts with our tablet application "Pars Taksi Tablet" for Android which is not in App Store. The only thing about money, drivers can type the cost of the trip in App so they send it to our servers by api. So there is no purchase in our App.

As I mentioned in Apps Notes in submission screen:

Purpose of the app: Pairing drivers with taxi's tablets & taximeters and communicate with the customer so drivers can pick them up easily from their addresses. It is mobile version of 'Pars Taksi Tablet' tablet application. Tablet version is not in App Store
