The agenda for the meeting was to discuss the incoming Year End Performance of RED Lions.

Criteria for Judging the Performance:
Showmanship – 50%
Focus on how well the performers captivate the audience and their overall stage presence. (Costume and Performance)
Creativity – 40%
The performance should reflect originality and creative use of elements like props, music, and storyline. (Originality)
Entertainment – 10%
Keep the audience engaged and entertained throughout the entire performance. (Hiyawan dapat)

3. Points to Consider for the Performance:
3.1. Structure and Flow:
☙ Progressive Performance:
The performance should gradually build up, creating a narrative that holds the audience’s attention.
☙ Momentum Creation:
The flow must lead to a climax or peak moment in the performance.
☙ Segments and Transitions:
Divide the performance into clear segments with smooth transitions in between to maintain coherence.

3.2. Theme:
☙ Togetherness:
The central theme should be "togetherness" to symbolize unity, cooperation, and the merging of different entities (DTPH and DTJP).

3.3. Storyline:
☙ Story with Significant Milestones:
The performance should tell the story of DENSO’s history, emphasizing important events such as:
	Company relocation
	The impact of the pandemic
	The merging of the Ortigas branch
	The FUSION project
	The arrival of the President

Consider a storytelling format similar to High School Musical, illustrating how DENSO was formed.

3.4. Audience Engagement:
☙ Magandang Ending:
Ensure a powerful and memorable ending that leaves a lasting impact on the audience.
☙ No Dead Air:
Avoid any awkward or empty moments. The performance should be continuous and seamless.
☙ Avoid Extensive Dance Numbers:
Keep dance numbers concise and engaging, as long, drawn-out performances may bore the audience.

3.5. Coordination:
☙ Specific PIC (Person In-Charge) for Different Roles:
Assign specific coordinators for various parts of the performance to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
