== Background

In recent years, the concept of biophilic design has gained significant traction, especially in educational environments. Biophilic design integrates natural elements into built environments, aiming to enhance occupants' connection to nature, improve wellbeing, and boost cognitive performance. The goal of this project is to design a two-story school that embodies biophilic principles, providing an enriching educational environment for students and staff.

== Method

#### Architectural Design and Layout

The two-story biophilic school will be designed with the following key features:

1. **Ground Floor:**
   - Main Entrance and Lobby
   - Administrative Office
   - Teachers' Workrooms
   - Library
   - Cafeteria
   - Gymnasium with Stage
   - Classrooms (Math, English, Art, Language Studies, Geography)
   - Access to outdoor garden and learning spaces

2. **First Floor:**
   - Classrooms (Science, Business, History, Politics)
   - Additional Teachers' Workrooms
   - Access to the Roof for Outdoor Classroom

3. **Roof:**
   - Outdoor Classroom Space
   - Green Roof with Plants
   - Solar Panels (if included)

#### Integration of Biophilic Elements

- **Natural Light:**
  - Large windows in all classrooms and common areas to maximize natural light.
  - Skylights in the roof classroom and common areas.

- **Indoor Plants and Green Walls:**
  - Green walls in the lobby, library, and cafeteria.
  - Potted plants in all classrooms and workspaces.

- **Outdoor Spaces:**
  - Gardens and outdoor learning spaces on the ground floor.
  - Green roof with an outdoor classroom on the roof.

- **Sustainable Features:**
  - Solar panels on the roof to harness renewable energy.
  - Rainwater harvesting system for garden irrigation.
  - Use of recycled and sustainable building materials throughout the construction.
