Refund Policy

We do our best to maximize the benefit you get from Pro membership. In anyway, if you do not happy about Pro Membership that bought recently and you meet the following conditions, you can send us email to [email protected] for refund.

Lifetime Membership

* You may get full refund in same day that purchased.

* You may receive a partial refund (deducting the current month) if you request a return within a maximum of 7 days of purchase. The current month's Pro Membership will continue.

Monthly Membership

* You may get full refund in same day that purchased.

* If you bought more than one month, you may get a partial refund of next months if you request a return within a maximum of 7 days of purchase. The current month's Pro Membership will continue.

Other Conditions

* Before requesting a refund, you must remove your snippets that exceed limits as a regular user. Such as, if you have 10 password protected snippets, you must delete 7 of them before requesting a refund. So we can safely process the refund and downgrade your membership. You can check your privileges from Pro Membership page.

* If you want to delete your data and account and get a refund, the above rules apply. Only difference is you will give up the current month's Pro Membership without any refund. In addition to these, you must request refund before deleting your account. If you delete all your data before the refund process, we might not able to verify it's you and might not be able to safely process a refund.

* If your IP address or user account is banned or if you have any terms of service violation record you might not get any refund.

* If you have not been able to use your Pro Membership privileges effectively for a while due to technical problems, you should contact us with proof of this for a free extension of your membership time or a partial refund.

* If you have a discount while purchasing, a refund will be at a discounted price.
