We hope you are doing well.

We would like to inform you that French phone numbers are assigned on a pre-order basis. As part of the process, we manually request these numbers from our provider, and they can be assigned to your account only after activation from the provider's side.

Please note that French city numbers can only be allocated to businesses. In accordance with local regulations in France, we kindly request the following documents before we can activate your number:

Business name
ID proof – both sides of your National ID card or passport (Driver's license is not accepted)
Address proof showing your company address in France (street, building number, postal code, city, and country)
Completed France registration form (agreement attached to this email)
Contact phone number
We accept one of the following documents as address proof (in your company's name):

Utility bills (electricity, internet, phone, etc.)
Bank or credit card statement
Please ensure that the address on the document is in France, the document is in color, high resolution, and was issued within the last three months.

All documents submitted will be forwarded to our partners for verification. We will proceed with the activation of your French number as soon as the documents are approved.
