Most of the collector's items have been made from the 1st pressing EPIC or counter-fit vinyl, but this time, the 2nd pressing Columbia vinyl, which is said to have the best sound as a pressed vinyl, was distributed only by mail order in 1976. The second half of disc 1 is a digitally transferred version of the second Columbia pressing, which was distributed only by mail order in 1976 and is said to have the best sound of all the pressings. The second half of disc 1 contains the audience source recorded that day. The rehearsal is also recorded, so you can hear the day's performance in both soundboard and audience formats. Disc 2 is the highlight of this release, and is the first CD recording from a tape source, a feature that distinguishes this release from previous collector's items. This is a digital transfer from a rare 8-track tape cartridge, the only medium other than analog LPs available at the time of release in 1971. However, this is improved in this tape source. The original 8-track tape cartridge was not of high sound quality, so hiss noise is unavoidable. The 8-track tape cartridge is divided into four equal parts, so please note that “Dazed And Confused” fades out and fades in at some points during the recording. In addition, the second half of disc 2 includes a performance on BBC radio and a TV show in France that the Yardbirds appeared on at the same time this “LIVE YARDBIRDS!” was recorded. The Yardbirds were intensively engaged in promotional activities during this period, and several recordings of their TV and radio appearances remain. With the exception of the German TV program, which was a mouthful, all available recordings are included here. In particular, the BBC radio performances are all included, even those that were used in several different programs and therefore have different narrations. The recordings are included here in the order in which they were recorded. The recording of the French TV program “Bouton Rouge” is also the longest and best sound quality version, and this is the first boot recording of this length and sound quality. As can be seen from the interview with Page, who is full of motivation, Page was in charge of the Yardbirds musically during this period, and it is evident in the performance.
